We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and ate breakfast every morning at the Knife and Board. We had two wonderful servers Chantel and Cecelia who greeted us each morning and were very attentive. Food was very good and with plenty of coffee the breakfast was a perfect way to start our day.
First, my server was outstanding. She politely checked on me often, offered hot sauces, and coffee in a to-go cup as I finished my meal. Piping-hot coffee in a small insulated carafe and a cold mini-pitcher of water were brought to my table immeduately.Although this native Texan was wary -- the Colorado version of huevos rancheros were quite good. Eggs cooked perfectly over medium on 2 not-too-crisp tortillas with black beans between them, and a very tasty ranchero sauce. Sliced...
My partner & I ate breakfast here during our trip, and it was really great! The dining area is very clean and well-lit, the tables were sturdy and clean, and the woman that waited on us was very friendly. The food was also great both mornings, especially their breakfast burritos. If you’re staying in the DoubleTree I highly recommend!
