Whenever I'm in town, I always make sure to stop by for dinner. Kobe An never lets me down—great food every time!”
One of my favorite restaurants in Denver. Quality is always good. The bluefin toro was so good.
I've been coming here for Shabu Shabu since 2017, and we don't come often because the service has always been an issue. Well, congratulations to the owners and management as you finally have a team that cares. We will be back sooner than later. Bravo!! Food was excellent as always.
Food was okay, but I don’t remember any overwhelmingly delicious flavors. It was all really overshadowed by the service. I’ve been in the service industry for a while and have had my share of bad days, but the service here was probably one of the most unfriendly experiences I’ve had in Denver in a while. We sat at the bar. I sat for a while before the bartender greeted me, and she was no more than two feet from me the entire time. Someone else actually got us water… and utensils - which we had to ask for and that server didn’t say anything either, not even when we said “thank you”. When we ordered, there was barely an acknowledgement that we’d said anything so I wasn’t even sure she got our order in until food came out. Maybe the staff doesn’t care about service because there’s an automatic service charge, but given that’s shared amongst front and back of house (and probably management), I doubt that’s the case. Overall, a very strange and disappointing experience.

The food was great. The service could have been better. The waitress was MIA most of the time. Empty drinks had to ask a different waitress for drinks.

As always the food was excellent and the service was above and beyond. Such a beautiful fun atmosphere. This is our favorite Japanese restaurant. That is saying a lot as my husband was raided in Japan and is very picky about his Japanese food! They have never let us down, thank you Kobe An!
Our party of four tried three different rolls, sushi and four appetizers. Everything was marvelous and portions were just right. It appeared a popular dish at this place was the hot pot which we will try next time. The restaurant is located in a quiet neighborhood and appeared to be a real end of the week hot spot.
My son and I celebrated his 21st birthday here and we had an amazing experience. The food was delicious. The server Iliana was very attentive and very sweet and kind. I would recommend to anyone. It was our first time eating at a sushi restaurant and the server helped us decide on some amazing sushi and hot pot. Loved it!

Kobe An was able to accommodate all dietary restrictions for my party and were incredibly nice. Highly recommend! Food was absolutely delicious.

Went here for my birthday and it was a huge mistake :/ We were rarely checked in on, not given bowls, broth boiled down before the meats came out. Just a horrible overall experience for way too expensive. Definitely don't come here for a special occasion.

Terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Server with the glasses took 30 mins to check in after we sat down

We had a reservation but still had to wait over 30 minutes for our table. They seemed short staffed, waited close to 10 minutes just to check in. There were multiple parties also waiting for tables, and there's no space so we were all standing by the door. The food was good, but by the time we ate we were so hungry that didn't enjoy as much.

I attended a company party and tried the ramen slider—a true masterpiece of indulgence. The buttery richness of the Wagyu beef perfectly melted into the velvety quail egg yolk, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that balanced the umami depth of the meat with the creamy, luxurious texture of the egg. An unforgettable bite-sized delight!
