Sorry to say it was overcrowded. It took about an hour and a half till the food arrived after waiting to be seated. I hope it gets better. This is where me and my wife go for date night.
Great service and atmosphere. I’ve been going to Kona for the last few years and the food quality has significantly gone down hill. The salad was identical to the bags you get at Costco. The Philadelphia roll just wasn’t fresh. The avocado egg rolls were decent. The drinks were spectacular though. Kona Grill needs to make an effort to upgrade their food quality. People really notice when a restaurant cuts corners like this.
Roberto was the best server I’ve ever had en my entire life out of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Absolutely life changing experience. I’d like to nominate him for the Nobel Peace Prize
