Absolutely delicious. We ordered the Mukozuke Hamachi to start and it seriously just melted in our mouths it was that good!! Pictured in Bachi, Hamachi, and Shake rolls (I️ forgot which is which) but they were all very good. We also ordered the wasabi flight and it was so fun and interesting to try; definitely recommend. The vibes were awesome, the service was very nice and the table was spacious, we will be coming back.

What a treat! We did the Kumoya Omakase and were lucky enough to sit in front of Chef Corey. We were treated to course after course of melt in your mouth bites. Truly one of the best dining experiences we have had in Denver. Great drinks, great service, great food, great atmosphere. This is a fantastic place for a fancy date night or a celebration dinner. Also, the bar in the back of the space is wonderful and serves exceptional cocktails. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff, the executive sushi chef knows his ingredients and it shows in the design and flavors you get in his dishes and desserts!

Overall, the food was fine, but definitely not extraordinary or unique. It felt to me like it was trying too hard. The service was incredibly slow and our drinks alone took over 30 mins to come out (one cocktail and one whiskey pour). They also messed up part of our order after clarifying and confirming our choices. The prices are way too high for the quality, and the required 20% tip added to our 2 person bill did not add up to the service we received. We both left feeling underwhelmed and still hungry after spending $190. Also, what sushi restaurant charges extra (up to $12) for wasabi?! We don’t plan to go back.

This place has a strong NYC vibe, which I love. The more NYC-style restaurants, the better.

We originally sat at the sushi bar, but they moved us to a larger booth nearby, which was nice of them. In retrospect, the bar might have been the better choice, the table was kind of awkward for four people. Our server ended up being the general manager, and while his overly accommodating style felt a little insincere at times, he was great overall.

We ordered a bunch of dishes, and every single one was incredible. The hand rolls were packed with flavor. We splurged on the dry-aged toro, and it was absolutely worth it; like eating butter. Honestly, when something like that is on a menu, you just have to get it. When in Rome. The sushi was perfectly seasoned, just enough to enhance the fish without overpowering it, which a lot of places tend to overdo.

The crab fried rice was unreal, with perfectly cooked rice and just the right amount of crunch. The wagyu tartare was amazing, especially paired with the fluffy bread they served it with. For dessert, we got the tiramisu and a coconut cake with ice cream (can’t remember the exact name), and both were perfect. I’m not even a huge tiramisu fan, but this one was next level.

In a city full of Instagram-hyped restaurants, it’s rare to find one that actually delivers. This one does. Highly recommend.

Update: Went a second time. Did omakase this time. And we were not impressed unfortunately. The choices were only maybe half fish. A lot of vegetable plates. I’d recommend not going omakase and sticking with the regular menu ordering what you want.

What a gem of a place. From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed. The sake selection was so wide, made better by having the options for flights. Proportions on the sashimi and nigiri were generous, each roll was unique in its flavor (the Shake roll melts in your mouth, amazing). It was a fine dining experience without being pretentious or stuffy, and at a reasonable price for the quality of food and service. Will be back, regularly. My only regret is not coming here sooner. Also, best torro and eel (both unagi and anago!) I have had in Colorado, hands down, maybe even in the states.

Had a really nice dinner here with friends! Everything was delicious and the staff was very attentive. It's such a vibe and they have an extensive sake menu. Ask about their Japanese whiskey and you won't be disappointed. (We did have the most incredible sushi too, just didn't get a picture of it!)

I’m going to be day dreaming about last night’s dinner experience for a long, long time. Everything from beginning to end was absolutely fantastic. Sahar, our server, was friendly, attentive and on A game to ensure our experience was great despite the kitchen closing within 20 minutes of our arrival. We are definitely coming back!

Evelyn was absolutely wonderful and provided superb service. The Waygu Tartare was the star of the show along with the Sashimi Mikan Buri. This restaurant does charge a 20% service charge. (Not a big fan especially since it didn’t seem to be spread in an equitable manner when it came to another one of Culinary Creative Groups, concepts) Overall service and these dishes alone will bring us back.
