I really want to like this place because my teens love it but I just can't. I am trying it again after two years and just as two years ago, the boba is not cooked all the way. Every piece is hard in the middle instead of soft and chewy. Flavor is okay but boba pearls are eh, at best.

There's this dude who is very disrespectful, openly swearing, unsanitary, turned off the open sign early so he wouldn't have to work, harassing a female employee, stubborn to do his job, and over all being very unprofessional and disgusting. Sad because this used to be my favorite boba place, but this dude is terrible.

Huge menu with lots of options for everyone. I had the classic milk tea with regular boba. It was nice and creamy, not too sweet and hit the spot. The restaurant doesn't have much of an ambiance but good for quick in and out stop.
