@EngelberthVivas Hi men, I think it's rude to express yourself like that about a person, especially a woman. You should delete the photo you posted and just leave the comment. That lady helped my wife, I have a disabled son, and whenever she helps us, she's always very kind and dedicated to her job. Maybe it's just your way of being, leaving bad comments everywhere you visit. It might be you and not her. I've already reported your comments, and my wife thought it was in bad taste, men
For me everything is excellent, go try something different and enjoyable.

Food is good, menu feels too small and limited. Service can do better, feel too sarcastic and fake

La Chiva Colombian Cuisine serves tasty food, though it’s a bit pricey. I recommend the weekend specials. The service is always 10/10.
Today we had the opportunity to go to this place, some friends recommended it to us and it was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was nice. We sat on the back patio and the waitress was super friendly. I think my family and I give her 10 stars. She had an attitude that makes you want to always come back with a smile, singing and dancing. I loved her. I don't know her name, but she recommended some delicious drinks, appetizers, and cocktails. Go and visit, you'll love it. We'll be back. Thank you.

I visited this restaurant last week. I tried a total of 4-5 dishes. And I'm most impressed with the guava water, I really like that flavor. I also tried many types of Colombian specialties, that was the first time I tried them but I love them so much. I especially like chicken with rice which tastes wonderful. Try to come here and enjoy! The space of the shop made me really excited, and the staff were very enthusiastic, which made me feel comfortable. I love this restaurant and I will be back soon!! ^^

AMAZING FOOD!!! Authentic and absolutely delicious. By far my favorite place to wine and dine and very experienced friendly professional staff! Owner Jorge is so easy to talk and welcoming. Love coming here!
Service is terrible, and they include the tips. which i will be okay if they do a good service, food was not the best, they took a minute to take our order never came back other than drop off the food and nothing was say, not even once to bring water or ask if everything was okay. big disappointment. Definitely could be better.

I had this place in mind before my trip to Denver as a spot for a quick introduction to Colombian cuisine. I enjoyed my visit—it lived up to expectations with a great atmosphere, quick and attentive service, and delicious food. I’ll definitely return on future trips.

Delicious food, great service, yummy drinks. I didn’t know anything about Colombian food before I ate here, and it was fabulous.
A truly transcendent experience if you like amazing food. Also the drinks are amazing and the atmosphere is beautiful with a wide range of equally vibey sections. I’m a huge fan. DO NOT SKIP THE CHEESE EMPANADAS!!!
Very Tasty good, and everyone working there is very respectful and friendly. It is a cut place inside, it feels airy and open, also with a very nice patio. Overall a pleasant experience. Also Food is reasonably priced, especially for the portions given.
This was my third time coming and unfortunately, my last. The food is delicious but the service I received that day wasn’t great. My sister ordered the chorizo arepa and when it arrived, we were surprised to see it was not chorizo. They gave us salchichas. We told the server that this was not the chorizo we thought it was, and instead of fixing the mistake, he said there’s nothing they can do about it. I asked him if she could have a different arepa since it’s not chorizo and he said he would still have to charge me for the chorizo arepa and for the different arepa she wanted to order instead. He was unapologetic and rude when he said this. Most restaurants would go the extra mile to make sure their customers return but this establishment did not do this. At the very least, they should have a picture of what the “chorizo” arepa looks like so others don’t make the same mistake.
