My experience with this establishment was simply unacceptable. The Doritos Incognita, which have always been my favorites, were in terrible condition. The potatoes they gave me were not only hard and tasteless, but they were clearly old produce. When I checked the bag, I realized they had been expired since September.
Upon requesting an exchange, they gave me another bag with the same problem. I tried to resolve it again and they offered to exchange it for other products, so I opted for some Takis. However, incredibly, they were also defeated. It is evident that this place does not verify the quality or expiration date of what it sells.
The most outrageous thing is that they did not offer me the option of a refund nor did they mention it. I felt completely ignored as a customer and frustrated by the establishment's lack of responsibility.
I recommend all consumers check the expiration dates on products before consuming them, because they clearly don't care about quality or customer satisfaction here.
The only redeeming part was my wife's snow, which was very good, but it definitely doesn't make up for the terrible service and products they offer.

If I could give it zero stars I would give it, I'm dying of pain yesterday I bought some tostielotes they caused me to vomit, stomach pain and a loose stomach right now I'm in bed that's why 🤮🤮🤮they should be more careful with food that is not spoiled, all In the afternoon and evening I vomited corn 🤮🤢and I'm still the same, I will never go back and I don't recommend it to anyone, much less small children 🤮🤕🤢I feel horrible😝

They have changed the size of the yogurt twice but the price remains the same. What has bothered me is that the times the size changes they deny that the size has changed and make it look like the customer is crazy. The truth is that yogurt with the size they currently handle is expensive. If things change due to money issues, be honest.
