Not authentic Pho. Broth is very bland and lacks flavor. The meat they used in Marinated Beef Pho is basically sliced shabu shabu beef, which is definitely not typical in traditional Vietnamese pho. I don’t think the owner is even Vietnamese, not that it matters but it could make a big difference because they would at least know what Pho tastes like. What I had was definitely not Pho (sorry lol). If you’re looking for flavorful pho, try elsewhere. This place is probably good for people who never had pho before or prefer the watered-down version of Pho. On the bright side, their Vietnamese egg rolls are pretty good.

The people are wonderful, very sweet to us.
Ordering and paying before you get food at a sit down restaurant and having to tip beforehand is strange and not a fan of the set up.
The broth felt uninspired and basic- not much flavor. The noodles portion was pretty small for a big bowl.
I would come here again if we were close and hungry, it’s fine for fuel just isn’t anything outstanding.

The pho seriously tastes like mop water and the rice noodles were a bit mushy which made the dish even worse. I also think that it's a bit distasteful to ask someone to pay before they dine in.(Very much my own opinion) Don't really want to go the racial route because I was the only one in the establishment at the time but it didn't seem a little bit suspicious when one server made a motion of directing me to a table as the other server stop the conversation to let me know I needed to pay before I sit down. Definitely WON'T be going back but it is a cute spot if you're needing to make a quick stop in Denver...

On a cross country road trip and stopped by here craving some real food after the last few days, and it's a 10/10! The pho broth was flavorful and balanced. We also got a chicken rice place for our 1 year old and the chicken was well seasoned, tender and not dry at all (like chicken can often be). The woman who took our order was so sweet and welcoming! Definitely saving this place on our list if we ever pass through here again.
