Context: This is my first visit to Denver, CO. I only have about 36 hours here, and it’s my last days of vacation, so I let my whims take me where they may. Review: Ivy on 7th is located in Capitol Hill and had 4.5 stars on yelp. Ivy on 7th serves up a cap hill neighborhood breakfast oasis. If you’re local to the neighborhood you can easily feel like a regular saddling up at the bar. It’s a homey spot with a large variety of menu items that can satisfy most any craving. Some dishes better than others with some standouts of the lemon ricotta pancakes, quiche (de jour), and breffie sandwiches. You are certainly to be satisfied as you crawl out of your Saturday rage hang over.And even with the food hitting...
Love coming to this neighborhood joint on the weekends! We always ask to sit in Jackie's section - superb service with a smile and a joke, and she always takes the time to say "hi" even if we're in a different section. Really love the quiche and hope that they can get that back, soon, but have rarely been disappointed in anything I've ordered! Drinks are a little pricey, but I love the spiked coffee with Old Smokey Butter Pecan moonshine.
