I tried the taco plate at around 6pm. The food was actually good. I shared it with my mom. We had beef fajita, refried beans,guacamole, sour cream, and two tortillas. Everything was fresh, not salty and to my surprise not too spicy. We didn't try any salsa, but they looked more flavorful then spicy.
Stumbled onto this place on Brighton Blvd/Broadway on my way to get on I-70.It’s in a 7-Eleven. Had the chorizo and egg breakfast burrito with some lettuce, tomato and salsa. Fresh, good portion and tasty! Also inexpensive. Thomas hooked it up right! The only downside is you have to get rung-up on the 7-Eleven counter (not Laredo’s own counter) and it’s often long in the mornings.
