Third time there and it was sub par again. I always try several times. The service is typically good, incredible today. Ordered a plate with taco/tostada/enchilada. The tostada was good, the enchilada wasn't hot, just lukewarm, and the taco arrived so soggy it was inedible. They offered a replacement and I said no so they took $$ off the bill which was nice of them as I hadn't expected anything. The place is always full and I don't know why my food is always the way it is. I'm not picky but it's busy so something must be right. Thursday at 1 pm it was busy. Unfortunately I don't think I will try a 4th time.

Love Las Delicias. Always good and consistent over many years! I do think it odd that they tell you they would rather throw away your chips and salsa than let you take them home as leftovers! We paid for them, we can take them home!
