I went with my son to eat a cake and the man who made the cakes greatly exaggerated by putting extra sauce on it so much so that the food could not be eaten. I asked him for some extra jalapenos and he gave me a plate of jalapenos, I don't know if the man was angry doing his job. But if that's the case, it's better not to show up for work. People are looking for work and those who have it do not value it.

I have been eating the cakes from this place since I was a kid and they had just started out as a food truck. I live in Texas now and every time I visit Denver, it is a must to stop by to get a cake. They are still just as delicious and authentic as I remember them being, along with their fresh waters made from fresh fruits ?.

I now live in Texas and every time I visit Denver it is mandatory to stop and eat a cake from here. They are still as delicious and authentic as I remember them, the fresh fruit waters are also spectacular ?.
It's okay. There are better places to get tortas, like Las Tortas.

Totally dissatisfying! Tortas are expensive and for the quality and price, it is not worth it. They do not provide sauces (chipotle sauce on the side as before) and if you ask, they give you that bad look. Service was not ok, they close ate 10pm and it was 9pm when we ordered and we were not allowed to eat inside the place, they just said “to go” only. We were hungry and tired but we wanted to eat inside but they didn’t let us without any reason. Torta cubana was missing mayo and eggs. It is supposed to be the bigger one and complete for the menu but it was a total deception since the quality and size had gone downhill totally. Not back again even if this was a favorite spot, but not anymore with that poor service, bad quility of food and very expensive tortas. :(
Today I bought a super Cuban and great disappointment, the bread with minimal mayonnaise, on a slice of tomato it still came with the root and the little avocado that it had was rotten. I still remember when this place started as a dream back in 2006 when it was a food trick on the outskirts of Alameda and they sold good cakes, today they lack flavor, quality and quantity, to top it all off, they are expensive. It is one of those places that is a shame that it has grown, because when it is no longer attended to in detail as at the beginning, today it lacks everything.
