Maggie’s macaron baking class was fun and very helpful. She gave great tips for executing a recipe successfully, starting to experiment with colors/flavors and shapes, and how to use different kitchen tools. It was fun hearing her tell about a training course she took with Amary Guichon! I would 100% recommend taking a class with her and would happily take another one in the future!

Chef Maggie is truly a gracious and talented chef. It's easy to see how much she enjoys sharing her culinary expertise, and gives us lots of freedom to experiment with ingredients. I really enjoyed her Vegan cooking class. Delicious recipes, fun, comfortable atmosphere. I'll be taking more classes with Chef Maggie and continue to recommend her.

I worked with Chef Maggie for a Bat Mitzvah and the cupcakes she created were a huge hit! They looked amazing and were so delicious!

I did the macaron class with my mom and it was so much fun. Chef Maggie explained the science and the directions very well and we had a lot of fun! Plus, the macrons we made were so delicious!

I tried the Taste of Momo class with my mom and it was a wonderful experience. Chef Maggie went out of her way to accommodate our food preferences (dairy/gluten sensitivity) and the environment was very social and enjoyable. As a beginner, I felt comfortable in the class and Chef Maggie was very helpful with everything. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone.

Chef Maggie is so patient and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our night learning, laughing, and creating great memories.

Chef Maggie was the best ever!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY Recommend for any party or date night to spend with her. She went above and beyond for us to make sure that we enjoyed the process of making (delicious) momo dumplings, and let us have so much creativity along the way! No one wanted the night to end! 10/10!!!!

Drove to this business from Buena Vista. No hours posted on the entrance door, which was locked, and my repeated phone calls went unanswered. Waited over 20 minutes for a callback, too, which never happened. Paid parking.

If this business respected their customer's time and consideration, they'd report accurate hours of operation on Google - or at least answer their business phoneline. This was an absolutely disappointing experience, and this is not the only review about this problem with this business.

I am only fortunate that there are other venues for similar products in the Denver metro area, which I will gladly patronize, before making the return journey back to Buena Vista.

Le Clare’s is incredible. The space is so inviting, Maggie and Tyler are such genuine humans and put so much energy and care into this space. The food is delicious and unlike anything else I have ever had in Denver, or in my life.

Chef Maggie was wonderful! She hosted a tea time class for us at her location. The class was well timed, had a smooth flow and was very informative. We would definitely recommend this class to anyone who loves to cook!

Today we had a wonderful experience making macarons from scratch! Maggie is truly knowledgeable of her craft. Macarons turned out delicious, flavors for every palate. Check out this small business, they provide catering options for desserts but also savory options. Maggie is a kind soul who made us feel welcome and made baking accessible for even most novice bakers!

We did a cooking class here making the best scones ive ever had! Nice intimate class with tea, crumpets, scones and jam. It was fun to see a professional kicthen and got to hear some great stories. Im excited to see how the pivot to experiences will go!!

Would never recommend this bakery to anyone especially for a special event. Completely got scammed for our wedding cake. The chef did not do the design we asked , not even close . She told us she was able to do the design and we found out the day of our wedding that she absolutely did not, the cake wasn’t even the right size. Not only did it look awful on the outside it tasted disgusting.

The eclairs were delicious! The staff was very friendly dont let the construction hinder you park and walk. Loved the salmon eclaire and the Earl Grey was fabulous!
