Hands-down the best restaurant in Denver right now. You must eat in the bar section to feel the vibrant & energetic space. I honestly didn't even think I was in Denver, which is a good thing! Miami-esq vibes, Michelin style bites, exquisite libations and wine. CHEF'S KISS, Le Colonial!
Food is excellent. Service needs improvement. We waited 45 minutes to be seated for our reservation. No good area to wait. The bar was crowded and noisy. Servers pushed us into a corner so they had room to work around tables in the bar. Once we did get seated we waited 10+ minutes for someone to come to the table to offer drinks etc. Wine was not brought to the table with the meal. We were half way through our meal before the wine arrived.
This was our first time here, was great! Between the 4 of us we split 3 appetizers, 2 full plates (the sea bass and the beef dish), 3 sides, and 2 desserts. Really good food. We'll be back!
