Amazingly delicious breakfast burritos. Recently I have been ordering the lily’s special. (A must try). Allow me to share what a loaded burrito should look like. Just look at the size of it from the picture. Never am I disappointed with the perfectly balance of ingredients they use to create this burrito. If you’re not the breakfast person try the lunch menu. I tried the steak burrito and was just as amazing. Not to mention the fresh out the pot beans! Not a big fan of beans...
I came across this food trailer on tiktok while I was visiting CO, and it did exactly what it was said to do to a person.... It instantly put me to sleep for a few hrs. I believe it was the Lily's Special, but I'm not 100% sure. The staff was very nice and excited to know that I found them on tiktok. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed one bit.
Nobody's burritos compare. They are soo full of flavor & juicy. Lily's is our favorite place to go. Love this family owned Cocina. Definitely recommend this to everyone we know.
