Manager sucks - she should be fired asap - no idea what bottle service is. Paid bottle service and didn’t come for 30+ min. If you want to go deaf and have the worst service ever then enjoy, but manager needs to go, she is a joke

Don’t go here the manager Jianna is the worst she doesn’t pay her employees and she let her personal stuff get in the way of her job don’t go here. If you are a female going be very careful the bartenders will roofie you. Try to only pay cash because the bartenders will double charge your card and will overcharge you on the drinks so don’t tip they are already getting a lot of extra money from what they are overcharging

Don’t come here the bartenders will roofie you. They overcharge they will automatically charge a tip and if they see you drunk they will run your card twice.

The worst experience a family member had last night at this location near the 16th street mall, my baby sister and brother in law were roofied by a bartender. Which resulted in her experiencing trauma. Was forced into a car that led her being hospitalized. They asked for a certain drink and were given something totally different. I would recommend anyone going here to make sure to always have a dd with you to care for you. My family and I wouldn’t want this done to anyone else. Legal action will be taken for this.

BEWARE!! Don’t bring your hat here. They charged me $1 to check it in and then the manager ended up stealing my hat. When I confronted him about it he lied to my face saying it was his while he was wearing it. It’s funny how they don’t let anyone wear a hat, but he was walking around with it on.

The drinks do not contain alcohol, it is as if it were water, the drinks are very expensive and they give you the tequila shots in a disposable sauce container, for 14 dollars. It's super crowded so much that you can't move or dance, it takes you 20 minutes to buy a bad tasting drink, I've been there twice and the last time I remembered why I don't like it, anyone can get into the VIP boxes, in the end there are like 30 and no one You can dance, the $25 general admission ticket is not worth it either, there is no cleaning service, the bathrooms are disgusting.

Went here with my girlfriend as we live nearby and were curious. They wanted a cover fee despite being almost empty lmao. We were ready to spend $$ on drinks but we refuse to pay a cover charge for a nearly empty bar.

It was a fun place to go dancing. The people were nice and the music was great. Just be aware they do an automatic gratuity.
