I ordered the menudo, i didn't know they add the onions already in the dish, so if you dont like onions like me, ask for no onions. I felt the food needed just a bit more seasoning, but still good. Good portion, also for the Agua de Horchata, delicious by the way. A little pricey tho. The gordita was delicious 😋

We found our birria place in CO. I'm from South Texas and my husband is from Mexico City. It's hard to find good Mexican food in Colorado. This place is good. Everything was great but birria was our favorite. We live closeby so will be back for sure.

The owner was very attentive to us, and the food eqs excellent, some of the best burria tacos I've ever had in the Denver metro. Highly recommend! Almost all menu items are gluten free, too, which is great if you have a gluten allergy.
