Had an excellent experience at Linger. Food was great. Saigon margarita and the Wagu sliders were outstanding. The trout was great too! The only thing thing is that if you have more than 4 people you will have trouble getting a table if you don’t call days in advance.
We came for brunch and tried the pandan waffles and the short rib bibimbap Benedict. Service was good and attentive, but unfortunately the food was pretty average. The pandan waffles barely had any pandan flavor and tasted very basic, nothing memorable. The short rib itself was good, but the egg and rice cake components weren’t very appealing and didn’t come together well. Overall, it just wasn’t for us, and we wouldn’t plan to come back.
My friends and I went for the “Stranger Things” brunch and tbh I felt leaving underwhelmed. First of all they advertised this event as it was going to be a cool 80s themed ST things concept but it seemed more of a cash grab to me. They added maybe 5 overpriced mediocre stranger things “themed” items to a menu and called it good. The place inside was not even decorated and it felt like a normal everyday brunch charging $19 for Bloody Marys. I think Next time you guys choose...
