I am REALLY picky about my dumplings and these are made with artistry, TLC and genuine skill. This is NOT a dumpling factory like Din Tai Fung...these are made with real care and it's reflected in the taste and texture and try and braised beef noodle soup as well as the pork belly bao: Yum!

It was a hot day yesterday and I decided to try some dumplings and noodles at Linglon. I was welcomed warmly. The staff were super friendly, and the food was excellent. The beef soup was clean, light, and healthy-tasting with just the right hint of spices. Their shumai was fresh, clearly homemade, and topped with huge, juicy shrimps. Hands down, best authentic Chinese dumplings (and more!) in Denver. Warm mushroom salad is obviously highly sourced, curated to perfection. Dumpling wrappers of exceptional quality, and cooked perfectly. House made soy!
A little heavy on the hoison in the bao buns sometimes, but that caters to the average American I guess. Just ask for light or hoison on the side. Xiexie, don't stop what you're doing! Wo xihuan!
