Would not take my order 30 mins from closing time 1/24/24. I was told that "mothing can be made because we are about to close". I emailed customer service and heard nothing, clearly NOBODY CARES, I sent another email and waited another 48hours and ABSOLUTLEY NO RESPONSE. It is very clear to me that the employees, franchise owner and Little Caesars company DO NOT CARE AT ALL. This place needs to be boycotted

Honestly I can't say I'm surprised but I was hoping to get atleast something worthwhile.Ordered through Doordash and didn't even get the correct stuff then so then had to order a second time to get the correct things and was told our delivery wasn't possible because of some issue the driver had. I work the food industry myself and I get it I wanna be home on new years too but I'm working. But do your freaking jobs! It's not that hard to get a prser correct and frankly I'm getting sick of it I will be stopping by in person to get this order figured out because I'm sick of being screwed because someone else is to lazy to do the basics of their job. After I stop by in person I'll have a update until then it's a 1 star.
Maybe they do better with the calling ahead orders but was my first time and I ask about the "special and he did not care to explain.End up paying $ 29. For a one person meal.Will not return .
