We ordered 6 pizzas and 4 bread sticks. Cost a $115 DoorDash showed app with 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads, then left and the store refused to remake our order. Or help us at all. I had to call customer service to get a refund. Just ridiculous will never use Little Caesars again. And on top of that, it was for a kid's birthday party, so now we have to reorder and some of the kids already had to leave the birthday party before we got our order, which we never got

Don't know what changes where made with the phone calls going through but they now send your call to people who don't work at the store who don't know what they're doing. I got transferred twice both said what I was ordering was only an in app purchase only. Hung up on them and went to the location and sure enough I was in the right and they got my order right with no issues. Now just have to wait 15min since the other people on the phone are useless. The location was not even busy at the momment they simply will not pick up the phone.

I tell you what their competition when it comes to a fresh-made thin crust pizza and ham and pineapple pizza fresh made. They were amazing and still hot by the time we got home

The goat of cheap pizza, and honestly the last cheap pizza spot. You can't beat there prices and no one is expecting high quality but its still good. But that's not to say they dont got bomb pizza, they got the best deep dish pizza of any chain pizza restaurant hands down. 1 star on atmosphere because i hate the color orange

No sitting area. Order and go type of setup. Prices went up some but overall, it's all good. Good for kids. I'm working with a family of seven so it's good to have an affordable route for pizza. Our kids love it. Hot-N-Ready usually has something ready to go. The food is normally good. Orders are normally correct.

I placed an order nearly a week ago and I got the wrong order. I attempted in good faith to get my order replaced working with the store manager ALEJANDRA however though she has made it very difficult to work with where I had to get corporate involved.

Jim from corporate called me a few days later and expressed their apologies and that ALEJANDRA simply should have just replaced my order and that it didn’t have to go this far.

ALEJANDRA shouldn’t be a manager if she holds grudges or tries to make customers experience difficult by not willing to work with you.

Great Little Caesars, overall, a good place to get pizza.

Hard working and friendly service

I got two pizzas one was cut normal and the other, I think a blind person would have cut it better! The worse part, the person on the phone wanted me to bring the pizza back to get a refund.

We're regulars at this location and they've gotten our orders right in the past. However, during this experience, they messed up a pizza on our order. We asked for green bell peppers to go with black olives, pineapple, and pepperoni, right? Instead of green peppers, they substituted it with mushrooms. Was very disappointed, especially when we tipped them for their services even though they didn't deliver it. It was a pickup. Reached out to their customer service but it's been almost a week and no one has replied. That's cool.

The ethics of the area managers in this area could not be lower.
Thinking that training people in a store where over 90% of employees can only speak Spanish is absolutely insane.

A friend and I walked in during peak dinner hours of about 7:00 p.m. where I assumed they would be flooded with customers. While there was a steady influx of patrons, we were still able to get our pizza within about 15 minutes. Considering the location and demographic, I was very happy with the visit.
