Update: (Check your receipt ) stealing a dollar for multiple customers. Although it may seem a little the amount of people that visit that location it does add up so you are stealing from the community whether they acknowledge it or not I will be the one to hold you accountable.
My auntie is a loyal customer and a staple in the community and the service she received yesterday evening was appalling. Whether it’s one cents or a dollar$100 if I am overcharged, I would like my money back and not to be laughed in my face. Clearly training on how to be hospitable patient and understanding could be reiterated.

Pizza was unevenly cooked or just not cooked right. Supreme pizza looked like they took a pepperoni and added what was missing after pizza was cooked.

I went into Little Caesars tonight and ordered a classic sausage and a classic pepperoni pizza they took my order but added extra sausage on the classic sausage I went back in after checking my receipt and told them I just wanted the classic sausage and the what's the big deal it's only a dollar difference I told her I did not order that and wanted what I ordered which was just the regular classic sausage pizza she then starts giving me an attitude talking about he doesn't want to pay a dollar more to the other coworkers in the store and they start talking in Spanish and laughing I asked her to speak to a manager they said I can't speak to a manager she then was having an attitude and I told her her attitude was not right for a customer service I didn't said I'll cancel my order when I cancel my order she said perfect and then can you please get the manager and they just started ignoring me I asked for her name and the manager's name they would not give it to me and told me if you like you can call corporate I said fine I will call this is the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to I will definitely be calling corporate.

Extremely tight on space for how much traffic they get combined with how sluggishly they move and absolutely NO WHERE TO SIT. 🙄 SHEESH!

Last few times weve ordered from here the food has been as good as you can expect from Little Ceasers so kudos for that. Employees dont look angry like they used to. The atmosphere of the location inside is good but the location isnt the best. Lock your doors even if your just in and out. But overall experience 5 stars. Would recommend

They had amazingly fresh pizza really great customer service The only downfall was the parking lot was a non-customer friendly environment
Usually pretty good but this time my pizza puff pastries were not ready at pickup time and the lady said it would be ready in 7 minutes. I came back in 7 minutes and to my surprise she said she told someone to put them in and they didn't so it would be another 7 minutes. Just a bunch of young kids goofing off with no supervision. And the next time i went here i found out my pizza was undercooked when I got home. Long story short, I will be terminating my business with this establishment.

We ordered 6 pizzas and 4 bread sticks. Cost a $115 DoorDash showed app with 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads, then left and the store refused to remake our order. Or help us at all. I had to call customer service to get a refund. Just ridiculous will never use Little Caesars again. And on top of that, it was for a kid's birthday party, so now we have to reorder and some of the kids already had to leave the birthday party before we got our order, which we never got

Don't know what changes where made with the phone calls going through but they now send your call to people who don't work at the store who don't know what they're doing. I got transferred twice both said what I was ordering was only an in app purchase only. Hung up on them and went to the location and sure enough I was in the right and they got my order right with no issues. Now just have to wait 15min since the other people on the phone are useless. The location was not even busy at the momment they simply will not pick up the phone.

I tell you what their competition when it comes to a fresh-made thin crust pizza and ham and pineapple pizza fresh made. They were amazing and still hot by the time we got home
