Our Absinthe Verte is produced following the traditions of 19th Century European master distillers. That means we start with a grape distilliate base (in our case, this means imported Chilean Pisco) and add the required ingredients to constitute absinthe: anise seed, fennel, and grande wormwood. Other botanicals are also added to our small batch copper pot still. Following distillation of this blend, we naturally color the result by steeping the distillate in coloring herbs such as lemon balm and hyssop. Rihaku Dreamy Clouds Junmai Nigori Sake (300 ml)
Aromas of rice and ripe red plums. Bright, mouthwatering acidity leads into a soft and chewy texture from the unfiltered rice particles. The ricey flavor is joined by gently nutty and slightly fruity flavors in the long finish. Nigori sake is made so that some of the rice lees remain in the bottle after pressing (unfiltered). Most Nigori is sweet and creamy, and thick with the unfermented rice solids. Rihaku Nigori is a bit less chunky, but more fruity and complex than most Nigori sake.

This nearly garnet Rose, like all our non-vintage sparkling wines, is aged 24 months en tirage. It has a lovely, bright floral bouquet with hints of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. On the palate, it is rich and fruity in a dry, Brut style. The flavor of berries continues on the palate, revealing more strawberry, raspberry, cherry. This sparkler is lots of fun and very festive, but production is limited to 5000 cases per year, so don't miss out!

Everything is good here if you're a vegetarian or not. The food, the service and the atmosphere. Samosas, Saag, Paneer, and Biriyani are all on point. A gem in South Denver that actually care about what they make.

It’s about time for me to review this place, I’ve been going here since before i can remember. In my opinion, Little India is the quintessential Indian restaurant in the Denver area. Excellent atmosphere and food and they really just. Have everything together.

Even writing this review is making me think about the chicken tikka masala, garam masala, rice, naans, and now I desire them.

If you like Indian food, even a little bit, go to this...

Yahya at this location is an amazing employee! I have been eating at this restaurant for over four years and I must say he is such a hardworking, dedicated, kind and respectful individual; taking great care of his guests. There are times when he is running the entire restaurant by himself, and he still manages to keep that smile on under very stressful situations. The good quality of food here speaks for itself, but the service provided by Yahya is on next level!!
