Our Absinthe Verte is produced following the traditions of 19th Century European master distillers. That means we start with a grape distilliate base (in our case, this means imported Chilean Pisco) and add the required ingredients to constitute absinthe: anise seed, fennel, and grande wormwood. Other botanicals are also added to our small batch copper pot still. Following distillation of this blend, we naturally color the result by steeping the distillate in coloring herbs such as lemon balm and hyssop. Rihaku Dreamy Clouds Junmai Nigori Sake (300 ml)
Aromas of rice and ripe red plums. Bright, mouthwatering acidity leads into a soft and chewy texture from the unfiltered rice particles. The ricey flavor is joined by gently nutty and slightly fruity flavors in the long finish. Nigori sake is made so that some of the rice lees remain in the bottle after pressing (unfiltered). Most Nigori is sweet and creamy, and thick with the unfermented rice solids. Rihaku Nigori is a bit less chunky, but more fruity and complex than most Nigori sake.

This nearly garnet Rose, like all our non-vintage sparkling wines, is aged 24 months en tirage. It has a lovely, bright floral bouquet with hints of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. On the palate, it is rich and fruity in a dry, Brut style. The flavor of berries continues on the palate, revealing more strawberry, raspberry, cherry. This sparkler is lots of fun and very festive, but production is limited to 5000 cases per year, so don't miss out!

Wow, what a beautiful experience! Alvin was the kindest server to us. He was very friendly and so helpful. I was waiting for my friends to come and he was so kind enough to give me a dessert because it was a birthday dinner. I was very awed and loved this experience. The food was top notch too!

Amazing service and AMAZING food, we came for the buffet and everything was so fresh and tasty, from meal to desert it was outstanding. Laxmi was our server and she was extremely attentive and kind to us. I will absolutely be coming back!
