Another wonderful anchor in our neighborhood. A great community hangout. People stand in line for their ice cream and chat with their neighbors, winter spring, summer or fall. And the ice cream is actually amazing.

Good golly gosh gracious! I ought’a say, this is the best ice cream on this side of the Mississippi! I’ve never had a more delicious and perfect dessert than the Salty O, and the beautiful people and architecture only stands to make it better. Lovely service, vegan options if you need ‘em, free events, what’s better? I’ve been going here since I was in high school and all this time later the quality and atmosphere have remained. Lovely!

Some of the best ice cream ive ever had outside of the midwest!!! The peach cobbler ice cream tastes so smooth and not overly sweet, you can actually taste the cinnamon. Definitely worth the wait

It took the kids working over an hour to get through the line, we lined up just past the cobblestones. The guy who made our shakes did not know which flavors were gluten free, and ended up making them both very watery, they barely taste like ice cream, tastes like a glass of milk. I wish we could get our money back 😣

Get the Salty O flavor!!! The line was incredibly long, full of happy people and locals claiming it was “so worth the wait.” And they weren’t wrong. This stuff is great and the staff were really nice despite being so busy!

Drove to the other side of the city to try this place based on a recommendation, and it was absolutely worth it! The line was long, but the ice cream was well worth the wait — rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Definitely a must-visit when you’re in Denver!
