This is an actual Italian restaurant, not an overly engineered “concept” by some hack like Frank Bonanno. The space is quirky and the food is traditional Italian with a northern influence so don’t expect spaghetti and meatballs or a hot basket of bread and butter like you would get at a red checkered tablecloth place. I would not recommend this place for large parties or fussy Karen types. Great food and service, this will be our new go-to for proper Italian food.

I recently dined at Lo Stella restaurant in Denver, and I have to say that my experience was made exceptional thanks to our server, Jake. From the moment we were seated, Jake greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that set the tone for the evening.

He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. Jake was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our drinks were always filled...

If you are looking for an authentic Italian restaurant, then this is your spot! The food, service and the atmosphere were outstanding! Everyone at the table loved their dishes and we had plenty to take home too! Our server Jake did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable on their menu. Watching the pasta dishes being created with love and care at the cheese wheel station was an experience we won’t forget.
