One of the best Christmas dinners I've ever had. The lemon pepper chicken or server recommended was to die for. Service was accommodating, friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was warm, inviting and fun. The only downside is that the bathrooms are hard to get to and my mom had a little trouble.

Had a wonderful night out. This spot is better for appetizers than dinner.

Been in a couple of times over the last few weeks. Once in the bar for drinks and apps. Then most recently for the holiday tea.
Let’s start with the good. The restaurant is beautiful. The vibe is upscale casual, very warm and homey, yet stylish and modern. I want to love this place.
Both times the service left a lot to be desired, and the service does not match the price point. Service has been nice enough, but not attentive, intuitive, or at the level that it should be. Both times we had to get up and find someone to give our credit card, to pay the bill.
The drink menu is great. The cocktails are elevated and creative. The food menu could have been better.
The holiday tea was not great. I love a good tea experience and this was not it. For $70 a person, I expected more. We were given two tea options with the “first course” and two more tea options with the “second course.” The food was mediocre at best, and sparse as well. Again, at $70 a person, the food should match the price point. We weren’t given any spoons with our tea, ya know, to stir in the sugar and cream. Our server was no where to be found during most of our time.
I might try this place again, but never for the holiday tea. There are so many other places that are on par with this type of experience.

Booked the tea and was pretty underwhelmed, just Meh. The first course of bites and sandwiches was clearly made a while ago and not fresh. Dried out and not very flavorful. The sweets and tea were ok but very expensive for the quality. I would take a pass and try to get a reservation at the Brown next time

Zaina was fantastic! Came here on Christmas Day and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The vibe was warm and festive, the food was amazing, and the ambiance made the whole experience feel special. We honestly couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. Can’t wait to come back!

This place needs to be closed down. Theres no excuse for this poor quality of food paired with really mediocre service. I ordered a burger—easy to do. Not here! Charred bun, charred meat. Inedible. Good thing there was a random dog walking around the business when we walked in—seems fitting for the food they serve.
How does a chef (if you call them that) mess up a burger!? Not to mention the food runner throwing it on the table like we were an inconvenience. I looked over at the table next to me, which sat BEFORE us, as I was leaving, their burgers looked twice the size of mine. Two sliver charred patties that tasted like charcoal bricks, and a 1/4, or cracker size piece of cheese. I only ate 1/2 because I ran out of the thimble sized ketchup. Trust me, the burger needed more than that to rescue it. My first drink was the blackberry lavender was delightful. The second order of the same drink came in a completely different glass and I guess they ran out of blackberries because it was missing and so was the rosemary. It came about 20 minutes after requesting it. Consistency, folks. This is your business—-what you do day in and day out! Based on the string of 1 start reviews—it is what they do day in day out. Close up, hire new folks or don’t do business. Good Times can cook a burger and get it right! AVOID!! I won’t mention the overpriced menu.

We came for the holiday tea, which in past years was unlimited. That is no longer the case, yet the $70 price has not changed. While you do receive several teas, many were mislabeled or duplicated, which felt careless at this price point. Food portions were extremely small for the cost, making the value hard to justify. To make matters worse, our waitress misrepresented multiple food items, incorrectly labeling what was being served. Service overall was painfully slow. Despite the festive atmosphere, this experience felt overpriced and poorly executed.

We were greeted by the lovely hostess Leah. She led us to our table and much to our surprise we were seated near the kitchen. It gave us a front row view of the amazing chef and her staff. They all worked in unison and delivered absolutely delicious plates. My husband’s prime rib was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. I enjoyed the lemon pepper chicken in a savory au jus sauce, the chicken melted like butter in my mouth. The cocktails were to die and divine. The service was exceptional 💯 Gabby is absolutely amazing attentive and so friendly.. her smile 😀 is everything
THANK YOU for making our date night a wonder.

I have come into Local Jones frequently, but especially on Thursday fried chicken night. It was really great fried chicken.
They recently discontinued Thursday menu of the chicken! I am so disappointed. It is a real loss for the restaurant. There are lots of dedicated Thursday customers! I am not the only one that felt this way tonight!

This place had a cute vibe, but I was confused with the service and the food.
I ordered the “Short Rib Hash” and there was no short rib at all, there were a couple of pork cubes from the pork green chili that was ladled on top, but no short rib at all. I didn’t want to complain or send it back so I just told the server at the end after paying and she just had a huge smile on her face without saying anything. It was strange. Did they know or think customers wouldn’t be able to tell?
Overall, the experience was really strange, customer service was bad, and brunch food was really not worth it. I should’ve went somewhere else.

I had the most delightful experience at Local Jones inside the Halcyon! From the moment I walked in, the impeccable atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable afternoon tea with multiple delicious options like Lavender Earl Gray and Hibiscus Berry. The curated selection of teas paired perfectly with the scones, house-made pastries, and savory sandwiches.
The menu is a true masterpiece! The Nicoise Potato Bites were bursting with flavor, the Ricotta Tartlet was a perfect balance of cream and zesty citrus, and the Mini Quiche with mushroom duxelle was pure indulgence. Don't forget to add one of their incredible Tea Cocktails!
I highly recommend the Rose Bud Spritz—a vibrant and refreshing blend of Raspberry Liqueur, St. Germain, Grapefruit, Rose Water, and Moët Champagne.
If you're looking to elevate your winter afternoons, this modern twist on the classic tea tradition is an absolute must. The food, the ambiance, and the service were all top-notch.

Great decor and restaurant look is great. The food was very marginal. Not worth the money at all. The pasta was inedible. Burgers felts like frozen patties, said they were smash burgers, not even close. Need to fix the menu and the food, everything else was great. $18 for a glass of preseco was ridiculous
