HIGH praise for staff!! We came on an unexpectedly busy Tuesday for food and drinks and were met with very long wait times. After some miscommunication with appetizers, Callie (one of their servers/bartenders) came by and rectified our whole situation. She went above and beyond when she was already taking care of dozens of people and dozens of tasks. Kudos to Callie for not only taking care of us, but also the whole restaurant and bar with such kindness and grace!! Would highly recommend for a night with friends :) Ambience and sports viewing is 10 stars.

Caley is a great bartender! She was very friendly to us the entire time. Trivia Wednesday was a good time! Lots of TVs to watch games & plenty of room in main dining room for large parties and games :) I will definitely be back soon!

Locales has exactly what a great neighborhood spot should: delicious food (their burritos are enormous), an inviting atmosphere, tasty drinks (and reasonable drink prices, which is rare around Denver these days), a huge rooftop patio, and fun weekly events like karaoke. One of the highlights was chatting with Caley, the bartender, because she was so personable and funny. I highly recommend Locales!

Locales is a great neighborhood bar that has only gotten better since opening. The food is in a *much* better place since launch, with my favorites being the barbacoa tacos and their new burger (only $11 and comes with a beer on Mondays, absolutely killer deal). I also absolutely love all of the local hot sauces they have, you're sure to find something you like. The staff has been fantastic as well. Caley has been my bartender for the majority of the times I've been, and she's such a pro. No matter how hectic or busy things get, she seems to handle it all so well. You'll be lucky to have her. Whether it's trivia or a pool tournament, Locales has hosted a bunch of events that have helped me meet new people in the neighborhood and for that I'm very grateful. They've also got the best (and newest) pool tables around, for those who like to shoot. I really can't wait for the warmer weather to hit so that I can take it in from the rooftop.

love this place so much! living in cap hill, i find this place so convenient. the staff is great. everyone is always so cool! 2 of the bartenders here, devin and callie are just fab! they carry holidaily gluten free beer which is so rad because i have celiacs disease and not many places carry gf beer options. the food is also ?i got the birria and it was delicious. i have nothing but good things to say about this place. its a fantastic neighborhood bar.

Cap Hill Native here. My husband and I came here religiously on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then they started changing their happy hours where if you get one drink and then if your second is past 6pm they no longer honor it it like the happy hour menu says. Also if they come to your table do NOT expect them to return. Sometimes they will wait on you at your table, sometimes not, seems to be at the whim of the person honestly.They call themselves "Locales" but they do NOT exemplify the Colorado mentality. They do not care what you get as long as you tip big. Stay away and go to somewhere better like Wymans. Their deals are better especially on Tuesdays and they actually care about their customers.
