Consistently great food and service. The short rib ravioli and fritto misto are wonderful.
Overall our dining experience was good, but they should have had more waiters for the busy new years eve holiday. Our waiter was doing his best to serve the entire place with only one other waiter. The food server was a good addition, but not enough to turn tables without a long wait for more wine or to get the check. We thought the food was over priced compared to other established Italian restaurants in Denver.
Great food, low-key and extremely underrated! I prefer Locanda Del Borgo over anywhere Cherry Creek any day.
We had great service at Locanda Del Borgo. The women who helped use was amazing at her job and so friendly and funny! Very professional and the food was delicious. Great place for a birthday.
Locanda has been a neighborhood favorite for years. Always delicious, always good service.
Excellent wines--we each ordered a different one and liked them all! Service was outstanding, Olga took good care of us and hovered just the right amount. We did not feel rushed and enjoyed our dinners. The fettucine alla Norma is the best in town, the home made pasta is delicious, and the Caesar salad is just classic and yummy. Others had cioppino and risotto and their plates were clean at the end of the meal. Cannot comment on dessert because no one had room for any.
Lasagna wasn't hot. Waitress was rushing around even though there were not many people at tables. She'd bring our wine, we'd thank her and she was rushing off without saying a word. Zero personality or friendliness.
Delicious little neighborhood italian spot. Would definitely come back.

The food was delicious
Atmosphere was wonderful after we received our meal the waiter never came back to see if we needed anything and it took almost 45 minutes to an hour to get a mail 20 minutes to order other than that it was fantastic. Luckily I was with good friends and we had a lot to chat about

In the past year the food and service at Locanda has declined but they redeemed themselves last night. The food was the best it's been in a very long time and I was reminded why we keep giving the restaurant a chance. They still can't seem to keep staff but hopefully that will improve too.

Used to be great but now so understaffed that I couldn’t even get a fork, or bread, or water, salt, or wine. And the server confirmed my entree order, but brought the wrong thing! No apologies, no accountability, no service = no more business from me! But to their credit, they are quick with check! lol.
It’s really too bad because this place used to be great. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Now it’s just an empty and sad shell of what is used to be. Perhaps they are under new management who just doesn’t get it? Anyway , go elsewhere, this place is not with the aggravation.

We have been to this restaurant a few times, and it gets better every time! The owner came out and told us his story of coming over from Sicily and eventually starting up his two restaurants. The pasta is made fresh in this restaurant, and the short rib, mushroom ravioli was excellent! And the gelato (made in house) was to die for. To top it all off, our waitress Lark was incredible! Friendly, enthusiastic and well versed in the menu and wines. She was attentive and really was one of the best servers we have had in many years! Great food, wine and service!

Laconda remains a local restaurant that has a fairly consistent but over priced kitchen, with awful ambiance. We go because it's local and easy.
Everything was excellent. Wait staff was attentive without hovering.

An unfortunate experience this evening. We know that we are expected to pay higher prices, however when you patronize and the meal is not exceptional it is disappointing. I don’t see us going back. For years we have enjoyed the scene here and the family friendliness.
