Have gone to this place numerous times in order to order food for dinner multiple times have been disappointed the 1st time I tried I ordered and L6 with 1 piece of fish and for shrimp no shrimp was with my order. I call the manager to have them fix my order and I told her it was too late for me to come back in that night so she said not a problem coming the next night I did so and they refused to fix my order with another order now this is my 3rd time coming in tonight and order the same thing outta shrimp ? and out a Mountain Dew this is a ridiculous service!

This is my guilty pleasure. . . Every months or so a greasy piece of cod! (Or is it hadock). . . Regardless. Long John silver is the American style fish and chip standard rarely rivaled. And if only the would sell them on the opposite side 9f the clock, 11 pm through 6 am, I think fish and chips would make the comeback they deserved

Show up for shrimp and was told this location did not have any fish or shrimp . No signs up for this. What a sad disappointment. It no wonder there no customers and 3 stars. Definitely avoid this location.

I am, overall, a fan of LJS. I love their food, and have had great experiences in most of the locations I've been to over the years. However this location, in particular, is just plain bad. I don't know if it's management or what, but everything from the service to the food was absolutely atrocious. YUM! Corporation should really look into this particular location. The rude service, the cold, old, stale food, the long wait time... all of this makes for a terrible experience. My fish was hard and stale, not to mention very greasy. The staff looked unconcerned and unfriendly. They spoke that way as well. I love LJS, but hate that their footprint in Denver has been reduced tremendously. Because if this location is all that's gonna be in Denver, they need to just close it. Whoever manages this location shouldn't be a manager or should be disciplined for letting their store fall to such low standards. Awful experience all around. There is no excuse for this.

Waited in drive thru for 30mins just to be told their computer was down and it would be over an hour wait... we asked about ordering on the app..he said No because you would have to use grubhub... the guy just kept asking if we were going to wait the hour... it was already 9:30pm... so no we didn't wait nor did the 5 cars behind us.. Somebody got to go home early..Thanks Alot Taco Bell/Long Johns...

The line was so long. What do you think you are doing over there. You are the only long johns for 15;miles so we go without because it's insane to be number 12 in line at a fast food place!

The employees are very rude I actually had to go through the line twice to get my order correct. Then they wouldn't give me any sauce like tartar sauce or ketchup or anything after that. Very disappointed but not surprised.

Asked for a lot of sauce only got two packets of each and some of them I don't even want which is not enough to eat their dry pathetic food Instead of just passing the sauce through the door he made me wait in a long line through the heat to get more sauce even though I stressed that I needed a lot of sauce constantly

The staff is extremely friendly, they dont change gloves between customers exchanging cash and handing out food the worst part is I found a parasite in my fish. I'm sure it's not harmful after freezing it multiple times and frying it but it's pretty gross to see

Went there for lunch and our order was incomplete, but only by one item. They offered to give a credit to be collected today or tomorrow for the missing item, meaning that we would have to waste gas and go back out when we're quarantined due to the pandemic.

I love long John silvers. And several years ago I came to this location and it was very good. Last several times I've been the food was cold and the service was really bad (like unfriendly and unhappy people work there). If new management shows up or something changes I'd love to go back! I miss hot fresh fried things!

Am sure its a fine establishment, but watching the lady preparing the orders throw the food into the boxes (fish) was not appealing. Unfortunately, that is the closest Long John Silver.
