Went through drive through got carnitas quesadilla…. It was horrible Lol paid 13.50 and there was barely any cheese it’s a quesadilla people. Meat also tasted old and heated up. Very disappointed… if I pay 14 dollars for a quesadilla it better be cheesy. Won’t ever stop here again. I knew better.

I stopped by last Sunday. I didn’t realize they close at 3pm. I waited to order. Someone actually came out (snowing like crazy) and said Mija we are closed. I said oh I’m sorry I didn’t realize you guys were closed. He said what were you looking at to order? I said one bean burrito smothered with cheese and one bean and beef burrito smothered with cheese. He said pull up to the window. I got you covered. They made our food without hesitation and didn’t hold back on the chili. 🙏🏽 What amazing kindness and customer service!!! I was able to get our food, pay and head out in a timely manner. Our food was fresh, hot and in my child’s words bomb.com. I’m stopping by for lunch today! 😋

If a breakfast burrito is going to be nearly $9; the least you can do is make sure the potatoes are cooked and not hard. Ordered a dozen tamales and the masa is gross and watery tasting like they sit in a steam table all day and are mostly masa. Now I know why they gave me green chile with it. They wanted to hide the flavor. The green chile is good but not enough to charge what they do. I am convinced the other reviews are family and friends. Your food must not be undercooked or overcooked (by steam table) and consistent if you are going to charge what you do.

I love Los Arcos Express. I got the “Los Arcos Special”, which includes Bean Tostada, Beef Taco, Soft Beef Taco, Cheese Enchilada, Tamale, Bean Burrito Smothered. Not only was it a lot of food, but the individual portions were very generous. I could not finish the meal and now I have lunch for tomorrow!!!
Their burrito were one of my favorite breakfast burritos however after today I don’t think I will be back. I ask for an egg potato and bean with no cheese X Hot. I got an egg with cheese no potato and some mild chile this burrito had no flavor all I tasted was the egg nothing else. It was horrible for 8.00. I think I will have to find another place to get a breakfast burrito, I liked them because the x hot was really good and hot. Not mild with no taste!! Horrible and when you ask for no cheese you should not be given cheese!! Never again!!!!
