If you're looking for the best Peruvian food in Denver you've just found it. I always recommend this place as the best Peruvian food the Denver metro has to offer because I've never had a disappointing experience while dining here. They have it all, even Cusqueña and Inca Kola. My all-time favorite dish is the Lomo Saltado. It's marinated and cooked just right every time. They also don't skimp on the meat which is more than enough to keep me returning...
Super attentive staff. Lots of tasty cocktail and juice options. I thought the fried corn appetizer was interesting. I had my eye on a lot of different entree options but eventually settled on the tallarín saltado — the sauce was so flavorful. My husband got the lomo saltado and loved it. Seems like a good spot to bring a group in downtown Denver near 16th street that isn't too busy.
My family is from Peru and we love to go to Los Cabos to eat all the delicious Peruvian dishes, so last Saturday my mom, son, niece , daughter in law and friends were there we had paella, ceviche, causa rellena with shrimp and with chicken, pollo a la brasa, maracuya sours and alfajores . The service was excellent the food was to die for. Highly recommend it. Can't wait go back ???????
