I ordered takeout specifically the vegetarian burrito but I clarified I just wanted bean and cheese. This instruction was ignored and I got a burrito with veggies in it.

I live in the neighborhood close to here and get takeout here twice a week (minimum). In my opinion it’s the best Mexican food in Denver which is saying something. I’ve yet to get anything on the extensive menu that hasn’t been phenomenal. The staff is absolutely
lovely as well.

It was cold today. A perfect day for Soup! OMG! We had the Caldo de res and the Sopa de azteca. Both soups were amazing so flavorful and comforting. The house margs were great! Mariachi band sang at our cozy table. Service was attentive. The chips with 5 different salsas were wonderfully flavored to perfection in their own unique way. We will definitely be back. Prices are very reasonable. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

The gorditas here are to die for. My in-laws come from the same part of mexico as the owners and we can all say the food is very authentic. The Gorditas are my favorite!

Authentic Mexican joint in Lakewood, CO. Delicious and varied menu, great staff (including a roaming Karaoke singer), and (mostly Mexican) locals at every table (always a good sign).

My absolute favorite Mexican restaurant. Everything on the menu is incredible, and lots of things to try that you don't see elsewhere. The jalapeño margaritas are dangerously good. The people are the best, always a great experience.
