I wish there was a way to fr give extra 5 stars. You know how some restaurants ask you to review their food. Not needed. I go everytime 1 a week maybe, knowing I won't be disappointed. Good food and good service .
We live over an hour away but are always happy to come to Los Carboncitos to hang out with friends who live locally and enjoy some delicious food. There is generally tons of parking available in the lot. Saturday nights can be a bit more difficult with the bars/clubs nearby. Lots of seating inside that can accommodate smaller to larger parties. Service is always excellent and friendly. Love the variety of salsas that come with the chips, and our food is always delicious.

The food is great. But beware on takeout orders, as they consistently don’t include food that has been paid for, or give the wrong order. Always check your bag before leaving this place. Do not recommend for takeout.

Spicy salsas! We greatly enjoyed our meal, especially the cochinita. The achiote flavoring and crispy ends.
Update: came back a couple days later, I think this is now our favorite Mexican restaurant in all of Denver

Although I'm not a fantastic judge on authenticity, this place had delicious food, kind wait staff, and was packed, so we knew it had to be tasty! Will definitely be returning. Don't let it's semi-hidden location scare you away, this restaurant is definitely an A+ choice for Mexican food 💯
