We ordered several things and everything was super delicious except for the pastor tacos, the meat was probably burned and they still served it, you couldn't even eat them because of the charcoal flavor from then on the rest of the food was fine

Hey, so I finally went to that food truck everyone's been raving about on social media. It totally lived up to the hype! I had the consmué tacos, and they were stuffed with this amazing cheese and birrieria. You gotta try them!
But, heads up, don't mix this place up with La Suprena, the food truck right next to it in the gas station parking lot. My brother-in-law made the mistake of ordering carne asada fries from them, and they were dry and way overpriced.
Oh, and by the way, Los Gavilancillos told me they're moving soon, so keep an eye out for that.

Ordered to go. 10 minute drive home. The cilantro and onion were soggy and discolored. The tortilla soggy and falling apart. Consommé was ok. Not a good first impression.
Los Gavilancillos is my favorite taco truck! Their Birria Tacos with consume, Burgers, Asada Fries & salsas are the best around. They are fast and the food is always delicious. They are also from the surrounding neighborhood - Support local!!
