Los Parceros Colombian Restaurant

Called and ordered 3 empanadas and 2 arepas. It came to 35 dollars. I hung up and called back IMMEDIATELY to say cancel the Arepas because I thought it was alot for just that. They said the order was already in and they could not cancel. I literally hung up and redialed. There was no way they started the order. Hope they canceled it because I am not going to pick it up. Poor customer service. I can see if I called back 5 mins later it was not even 20 seconds.

As a Colombian, I must say I do not feel represented by this place. The service is terrible, the waitresses have a horrible attitude, the food takes ages to arrive, and it doesn’t taste good at all, it’s overly seasoned. On top of that, the prices are high and not worth it, not to mention they force you to pay a mandatory tip. Honestly, this is the worst Colombian food place I’ve ever been to.

The food is pretty decent authentic Colombian food but the service is terrible and some food items were very cold when we got them. Took us forever to get our drinks and even longer to get our food. My wife is Colombian and really wanted to try it but we all ended up a little underwhelmed. And the price was insane, they add 20% gratuity for s table of 5. Dropping my score even lower for that. Ve a comer a otro lugar

This is a great spot! They let us use the restroom without having to buy anything! The staff was wonderful and pleasant! Muy amables! 10-10!

It was great food and a great atmosphere, plus they also recommended Luis Bakery a Colombian bakery that is awesome. It was nice seen small businesses supporting each other and the staff was very attentive to our family needs!

This place has the meats! Highly recommend! Everything was delicious. Great atmosphere. Home-made chicharrones, steak, sausages. Yucas fritas and potatoes. Haven't tried the food truck yet, but the restaurant is fantastic.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! The meat is old and dry. I asked for them to swap and they brought me the same meat. Disappointing! The service is horrible!!!! Waiting for water and food. With this dry meat you need like 20 glasses of water…

Bad service, it took us 1:15 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it arrived it was not what we had ordered. I really had high expectations for the restaurant, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Bad service and they don't apologize when they make a mistake.
