I ordered quite a few orders of picadillo, rajas, and beans, well when I got home there was more bean tacos than anything else, it could have been an honest mistake or something else I don't know

I had heard of these types of tacos ("sweated tacos") growing up, but I had never tried them. Glad I tried them today. Takes a little getting used to, given that they don't eat like a regular taco. Flavor was great, though. I was also impressed by the quick service.
A uniquely excellent trait of this food truck is the attention to detail he put into making the salsa. It's one of the only salsas I have ever tried at a commercial.establishment that had a truly authentic Mexican flavor. More impressive still, is the owner's homemade "chiles en vinagre."
It would be nice to have some tables/chairs nearby, but the physical constraints of operating as a food truck in this space are obvious. I definitely recommend eating the tacos right away. So, drop the tailgate, open the back of your SUV, or eat on the hood of your car. These puppies are well worth it.
Vegetarian options: The bean tacos are a good choice for vegetarians.
