Lost Lake is one of the remaining GREAT smaller venues in Denver. The sound in here is loud, but it’s of great quality. The visual board is also spectacular. All of the staff, especially the door folks, are very friendly and helpful. My only gripe, and I think most would agree, is that the bathrooms are a pretty rough go. Only 1 urinal and 1 stall in the men’s room gets pretty nasty pretty quickly. Otherwise, great place to play and see music. Thanks Lost Lake!!
Love the opportunity to see tons of smaller/local artists. Awesome selection of events! Been here a few times and the cover is respectably priced however the beer is not. I don't think it should be $7-9 for canned/draft beer at a smaller music venue like this.
I'm posting all 5 stars for the following.
As a venue photographer I have been to dozens of venues. I've seen tech n9ne, Chris Webby, Abstract, Green day, moon hooch... Tons more.
I always leave venues with pressure build up in my ears and I know you can wear ear plugs etc however it's nice to be able to talk to someone while the performance is going on. This venue is just the perfect volume. The in house Audio engineer definitely knows...
