The food and service on our wedding day were great; however, we’re giving Love Pop 3 stars due to challenges with communication and cost transparency during the planning process — both of which are important factors when selecting a wedding caterer. We had hoped to do a tasting of our wedding menu (as most caterers offer), but after placing our deposit, we were informed that the company does not do individual tastings and were instead invited to an open house. The dishes served there were not part of our selected wedding menu, though the food was good. The per-person cost for our event also increased a few times throughout planning without clear explanations, which made budgeting difficult.

I recently had an event with Love Pop Catering at Evolve at Mile Hi and it was truly a wonderful time. I worked closely with Jeff to curate and plan out the menu for the evening. He was open to all input while still putting his own, unique twist on things. The highlight of the meal for me was the homemade taro coconut ice cream that he then turned into a cream soda float with a whipped toasted coconut mascarpone topping. Incredible! I loved that the menu was meaningful to me and consisted of a wide variety of flavors. On top of the food, the event space was beautiful and his team did an incredible job of setting up the space with handmade floral arrangements. I highly recommend Love Pop Catering for any type of event just to get a chance to work with Jeff and his team. Will definitely be booking with them again.
