The employees that work in the warehouse that I've met are friendly and professional. This not a restaurant,they provide food and snacks to the airline customers that fly in or out of D.I A.I only deliver / pick up wooden pallets for this company.
Staff falls on extreme spectrum. Have to pick up and drop off materials and food to them for a contract. Letty and Daniel on their receiving side are always super helpful and nice. They go out of their way to be hospitable. Not sure if they are managers, but Denise and Abdul are rude from the start of any conversation. They tend to be unwilling to help, unnecessarily condescending, and always leave and can never finish an interaction. Whole place seems to be missing standards and the practice of their procedures are inconsistent and erratic. Would give Letty and Daniel 5 starts just for being nice!
