I love this place. Chai is good, food is good. Parking and service is hit or miss. Our service this time was off but is usually better.

This was my 1st time here, the service was great, food was delicious and hot. Best part were the beignets. I would definitely recommend and will be back!

Deeeeeeeelicious! Brought me right back to my time in New Orleans 1989…. Summertime breezes, lively music on street corners, and losing the only woman that’s ever understood me completely. Come back Antonia!

During my second visit to Denver, I was determined to find a nice Creole restaurant to try. First on my list right off the plane was Lucile’s. Based upon the reviews I figured it would be a good start, however it did fall short IMO.
Food
• Biscuit: The biscuit was large, fluffy & edible. 8/10.
• Cajun Breakfast: I figured I would try something different but wish I hadn’t. There was a lack of seasoning & the potatoes were fried quite hard. The food came out somewhat cold so that didn’t help but tells me it wasn’t freshly made just thrown together & it showed. It took the mimosa & me being hungry to eat what I could. I highly would not recommend! 2/10.
As someone who loves the Creole cuisine & travels to New Orleans quite often, Luciles just doesn’t hit the mark.
Recommended dishes: Buttermilk Biscuits
Outstanding breakfast and brunch offerings with a Cajun flavor. Amazing and huge biscuits. Delicious and authentic red beans & rice.

You have to get their beignets!! So so good :)
I got her Creole Omlet and it was amazing. I loved the rice pudding too.
I should have taken a pic but I ate it too fast.

I really like Lucile’s, always have.
But I really came here to tell you all about the hot chocolate. Best hot chocolate I’ve ever had in my life. In fact, I want some right now but it’s night time so I can’t get it.
Literally daydreaming about pulling up to the bar and ordering a hot chocolate. Omg.
