Service was great Margherita was strong but no real flavor Tacos were very good. Not great but very good All 4 salsas are terrible. No flavor at all. So very bad. Queso was just melted cheese, also no real flavor. Chips were too thick and hard. Quac clearly comes out of a bulk tub they keep in the fridge.
Again service and tacos were good, but $50/person is nuts to pay for food with no flavor.

I really enjoyed the flavorful tacos and the fun, lively atmosphere. It’s a great spot to hang out with friends. My tortilla was a bit cold, which was a small letdown, but the overall taste made up for it. On our way out, we did see a rat nearby, which was a little unsettling, hopefully just a fluke. Would definitely go again.

We ran into this bar to avoid a sporadic thunderstorm while checking out the Union Station area of downtown and it was such a chill vibe. They have a really good happy hour with drinks that pack a mean punch for a really reasonable price. Our bartender Tiffany was amazing and offered several places for us to check out in the city. We will definitely be back.

I absolutely love Machete Tacos! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious — easily some of the best tacos in Denver. Whether I’m at the Cherry Creek location or Union Station, the vibe is always laid back, fun, and welcoming.
Both locations are super convenient, making it an easy go-to spot for lunch, happy hour, or a casual dinner with friends. The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and energetic.
If you're craving tacos that go beyond the ordinary (and maybe a margarita or two), Machete never disappoints. Highly recommend!
