Let me tell you about Machete they were phenomenal. we walked in at 5:45 pm the behind end of happy hour had gotten all of our food by 5:52pm they are phenomenal taco are always delicious 😋

We had dinner at the Colfax Machete location this evening and was utterly underwhelmed. The service was slow but okay. The food was not good. We ordered a bunch of tacos. The fish on the Mahi Mahi tacos was super fishy tasting and did not smell good.
Our server saw the Mahi Mahi tacos barely eaten, and we told her how disgusting the fish was. She said that is strange and offered a box for us to take them home. When we got the bill we were disappointed to see they charged us for the Mahi Mahi tacos after sharing how bad they were.
