I love going here, it's like chipotle for salads. I love the get half pasta with half greens, and then you can add what you want even if you do one of their special salads. However, I don't like the some of the personalization isn't available when you order it online. Less convenient to have to go in cuz they aren't super fast and the workers are pretty young and not always really working... but still worth it caz that Athena is so good!

Waste of money. The wraps used to be twice the size, and now they’re so small. I got 2 juices, a brownie and this wrap and it cost me $30.

I'm a Mad Greens fan now. I kind of figured I wouldn't be all that interested in a place that makes big salads, but they also have bowls and wraps, and I've found the dish I really like. That said, the menu has plenty of great choices, and at some point I'll branch out and try more of it. I've visited this location a few times now, and they've been quick and efficient each time. I've ordered ahead to-go and that works well too, as my food has always been ready when I got there. This is a bit healthier than a lot of comparable lunch/dinner places if you order correctly, and they are very good about customizing menu items if you have certain needs or wants. All told, this place works well.

Always understaffed, causes delays even when its not busy. I come to this mad greens pretty frequently and I’m always happy with the food they put out but they need more employees working at once. If they get online orders it totally shuts down the in person line. Feel bad for the 2 people putting orders together.

Everyone was friendly, but I definitely got food poisoning. I got the Siam I Am with shrimp and creamy ginger. Huge bummer for an $18 salad and a bit scary since I'm pregnant.

I thought the size of the salad was very skimpy compared to the last time we were there just a week ago. We really like the establishment but the employees weren't very customer oriented. I am not sure if we will patronage this location again.

Employees are friendly but can be slow to get to new customers who are waiting.I did want to make this specifically to warn that the Caesar salad dressing is pretty anchovy-flavored - more than I usually prefer - so just wanted to warn of that if you like Caesar without anchovies.
