This is a can't miss spot. Start with a crafted cocktail - so memorable. Move to a pick-and-choose of several items for the table, and share. You will not be sorry. We eat veg and fish and found many yummy options. You can make a meal out of a few apps and a perfectly designed drink. Go, you'll thank me.

As long time fans of Beckon, we were thrilled to be able to enjoy their new concept. Service, wine and food are all top notch. The oysters were perfect, the venison tartar delicious and the pork chop was decadent. Service was on point. You are not going to get the same level as Beckon, but it's more approachable and a third of the cost. We can't wait to be regulars here!

Excellent food that is not overly complicated. Every plate we had was elevated. The oysters, venison tartar, mushroom tartine, striped bass, and even the french fries were the best. Also great cocktail selection with a talented mixologist. We shall return.

Walked by and booked a table out of curiosity. Can’t wait to come back to Denver just to come back here. Try the asparagus!

In all of my travels I have rarely (if ever) experienced such a perfect marriage of atmosphere and excellence of flavor in a restaurant. Major Tom just GETS IT. An exceptional dining experience cannot exist without both, and this place truly is exceptional.I've actually been kind of at a loss to properly describe my dinner here. Its like they're pumping magic pixie dust through the vents, because the vibe truly is ethereal. It honestly just felt so good from the second I walked through the door. Service from everyone was flawlessly attentive and effortlessly kind. I love a place where you can see the passion on the faces of all the staff. They know that they are part of something special, and they seem genuinely excited to share it with you. This environment is expertly accompanied by a shared dining experience. They offer small plates meant to be enjoyed as a collective, but not in the pretentious hipster style tapas sort of way. Indeed nothing is pretentious at all here, and everything is shockingly approachable for food cooked with this much expertise. The flavors are surprising but deliberate, unique yet still welcoming. They intrinsically knew that part of what would make this adventure so magnificent is being able to experience each dish together, and to be able to talk about whatever the heck just happened in your mouth and how much you can't wait to see what comes next.Major Tom is the best meal I've ever eaten in Denver. To top it off, it's also one of the best dining experiences I've ever had the honor to be a part of. My hope is that their starship is clearly visible in the night sky for years to come.Dietary restrictions: Where easily able to accommodate a member of our party with celiac

This place is absolutely perfect. From the moment you walk on the campus it shares with sister restaurant Beckon the atmosphere begins to change from the laidback rush of Larimer street, to the chill vibes the path that leads you to the entrence helps you achieve. The place is not large by any means. I’m sure the patio will increase the number of tables but it was chilly the night we visited so only indoor dinning was available. From the moment we sat down our server took care of us, Offering suggestions very knowledgeable about honestly everything. We ordered all but 3 things in the menu and will definitely be back to order the others. Stop reading this review and just make a reservation this place is top notch—not for kids

I love the concept of a sister casual restaurant run by the same folks as Beckon. It wasn’t any less wonderful and the food and cocktails and staff were fantastic!

Oh my, what a gem! Friend and I happened upon this restaurant last night, as we were walking by Beckon. They seated us at the bar for desert and wine at the end of the night, very friendly though we didn't have a reservation. The cream puff and orange wine were fantastic. Charming, hip and cozy environment. We'll definitely be going back for a full dinner!

We went last night for my birthday. The restaurant is beautiful. The service was outstanding and the food was exceptional. We already love Beckon — the food at Major Tom is just as high quality. Highly recommend.

Feeling majorly inspired by @majortomdenver! Named after David Bowie's iconic song "Space Oddity," this cozy spot is the perfect date night destination. The atmosphere is intimate and the menu is approachable, making for a low-key dining experience& yet classy. The roaring fireplace outside adds a romantic touch to the ambiance. And let's talk about the food - impeccable! The cocktails are divine and the in-house made desserts are heaven. The staff, especially Tim, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I can't wait to come back to this 10-month-old gem.
