Everything was delicious. We had several menu items shared amongst four people. Nice way to try lots of things. I’m not in this area much but I’d definitely go back!

This was a special dinner celebration in honor of the Chinese New Year. MacFam staff are some of the most welcoming, friendly and caring crew. The food was a treat- sesame meatballs, curry green beans, fried eggplant and crab noodles all were delicious. Guests received great bag also. This was a very fun evening. The staff and food are amazing!
Wonderful lunar new year special menu experience. MAKfam is our favorite place to eat in Denver. Highly recommend!
The food and ambiance was great on the night of their lunar new year celebration! My only complaint is that we waited a little over thirty minutes for a table we reserved at 6pm. But... the staff was generous enough to offer a drink while waiting & a free jar of chili crisp upon leaving, so everything ended up being more than okay!
Food was fantastic, bartenders were extremely friendly and welcoming. We got the spicy noodle and beef egg noodles as well as the dumplings - all well balanced, fresh, and flavorful.
We had never heard of or had baijiu and were really appreciative of the explanation of the spirit and its flavor profile. I recommend getting the flight to experience the depth and vast array of all of their choices.
Can’t wait to come back to try more of the menu!

Food tastes very good. Scallion pancakes are pretty dry and more wafer type. Portion size is not great for a 20$ takeout order.

Excellent food. Tiny mini child portions. I could have had 2 orders of the beef noodles easy. Was still hungry after.
We love this place and the food is truly amazing
that’s why this experience was so disappointing. It’s sad to walk in excited to enjoy a meal and be treated poorly by a FOH staff member. We both work in the food industry, so we completely understand how hard it can be to deal with customers, busy shifts, and stress. That said, providing good service and basic kindness is part of the job we all get paid to do. One negative interaction can really affect the whole experience, even when the food is great. We truly hope this was just an off day and that service improves, because this place has so much potential.
High quality food, reasonable prices. One of the best values in Denver dining.

The food was absolutely amazing and flavorful very delish.. thank you Keegan for the wonderful service and our waiter not sure if his name. But we ordered dumplings very delish, the mozzarella sticks with the green sauce very good.. there was a few other things we ordered the corn beef fried rice.. and they was both pretty much on top of it all!

Glad I finally tried MAKfam! The food was delicious, flavorful & hot - complete with a happy hour menu. The service was friendly & attentive. Definitely try their featured drink special!

Small but impactful menu. What the space lacks in size is instantly dwarfed by the vibes. If you get the wings and a flight of their baijiu you'll be skipping down Broadway.

Ive looked far and wide for some good Sichuan food in Denver and finally someone took me here! Just amazing food(I got the spicy noodles) and fun original cocktails. Service was kind and efficient. I can’t wait to go back!

Very excited to try this place out, heard very good things. Very let down. My wife and I ordered 6 items to try. A mix of dumplings, veggies, buns, and two noodle bowls.
We received the first round of dumplings pretty quick, next round of the veggies came. When the waitress arrives with the 3rd round, the buns, the two top table has two 100% empty plates. The waitress is only holding 1 plate, the buns. She doesn’t ask to take any empty plates, she just tries to force the plate onto the table with literally no room. We asked, “can you take some of these empty plates away?” She takes 1 of the 2 empty plates. I’ve done this job before, you never keep stacking plates when you have plates you can take off the table. Any employee that walked by the table could have pick up the empty plates. Not a care in the world by anyone that dropped off food or walked by the table.
We then get 1 noodle bowl. I’m assuming my bowl is on the way but we are still waiting for the soup dumplings. We spend the next 5 minutes, no joke, trying to wave someone down. We mention we never received the soup dumplings. They say, oh it wasn’t on your order so we put it in. Kinda odd since the waitress literally said how good they were when we ordered.
The soup dumplings come out, but now I’m thinking about my noodle bowl I ordered. It’s been 15 minutes since my wife’s noodle bowl came out. Frustrated and annoyed with the service, I just ask for the check. Check comes out with 2nd noodle bowl on there. I mention it to the waitress and she is shocked it never came out. You can tell it never came out because every plate but one was picked up after we finished. The table literally has no room for any other plates. She takes it off the bill.
The food was not that great at all. Very middle of the road. Shocked this place received a Michelin nod. The service alone was terrible enough. Not picking up any empty plates (if you have a shared plate restaurant, how are you not making room for the next round of food?) not bringing out 2/6 dishes (66% completed order) , and mid food all for $86. I can think of a few better ways of spending $86. I recommend management keep an eye out for this. I hope you can watch back the cameras to Saturday evening to see how many people walked by a table with 4 empty plates and not a single person picked anything up. Hitting an 66% for order completion is a big let down. Excellent coaching opportunity here.
