We finally ordered from here last night and boy were we impressed! Every single item was made fresh and with love. I especially enjoyed the homemade mustard sauce. I would buy that by the gallon if I could! So glad it's so close to work and home. We will be ordering from here regularly.

Worth the wait! But don't wait any longer to try this place. Followed them on Instagram when they still just had a food truck. Now they have the storefront off of Colfax. We had the Nashville hot chicken and the buttermilk chicken with pimento cheese biscuit. Grubbed them down with some bomb IPA's at a nearby taproom making everyone else with just IPA's wish they had our sandos. Perfect. The biscuits are light, not overly salty, not crumbly or dry, amazing. The chicken is juicy, crisp, and super flavorful. Toppings add depth but don't interfere with the two main captains of the ship. Exactly what you wish all chicken biscuit sandos were, when most fall short on one aspect or another. More than highly recommend. Cheers-

Love the food here and the vibe - the construction isn’t an issue they have parking and there is always street parking around the block
can’t get enough of this place. i’m from south carolina, and have been missing food like Mama Jo’s. always fantastic service, incredible food, (especially the buttermilk chicken fried biscuit) and such a great place all around.

Best chicken biscuit I have ever eaten. Pimento cheese, pickles, and so big! Worth every penny. The pimento mac and cheese is so flavorful and the slaw is excellent. Wish I had room to try the apple fritters or fried banana pie…some day I will!

Don’t let the stupid Colfax construction stop you from coming here! I came on a whim today for lunch and it was one of the better meals I have had in a long time. Quality was stellar, the staff was so friendly and helpful when I ordered. I will be back time and time again. I got the fried green tomato sandwich it was so much food and so tasty. I tried all the sauces the Carolina vinegar being my favorite maybe because I have never seen it before. The collard greens were also so yummy they had like a touch of sweetness and maybe a little heat idk but great.
Let’s get these guys through the colfax mess because denver wouldn’t want to lose a gem like this one!
