The best bolognese! I wasn't expecting anything too crazy here but every bite was delicious the portion size is great too, definitely more than it looks!

I used to go to the Italian food area of Milk Market before COVID and it was a little pricey but not bad, and the pasta and pizza was good. Tried out the pasta recently and food was still good, but prices are at a stupid level. For spaghetti pomodoro and a bottle of water it was $26. When you check out the cashier says go ahead and accept, the gratuity is already included. What? When has gratuity been included for a walk-up order restaurant where I have to wait to get my own food??? The gratuity must be 20% or more as the cost for the pasta and water was nowhere near the $26. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here as $26 for pasta and water is ridiculous.

Don't appreciate hidden fees. The pasta seemed quite overpriced to begin with, but an included service charge at checkout, for what service? It's not a wait down restaurant. Please pay your staff enough and avoid charging extra for food.

Good variety and decent prices for the value and quality of food. Enjoyed fish & chips, a seafood soup, and a beer, all from a couple of venues within the same ground floor location. Excellent for a group where each has a particular taste and price. All the staff were friendly. Worth a repeat visit.

WATCH YOUR BILL!!! They back in a 22% tip automatically and some other 2% charge. It's a cool concept like a food court. But I was very upset that the person didn't tell our group that the tip was backed into the cost. That's pretty shady and not customer service-oriented. Also, it's a foodcourt-style place. They don't bring the food to you, you clear your own table, you have to clean your own table, so if you ask me 22% is steep for what service they provide.

Food is extremely overpriced and bland! Ordered a "$19" pizza which came out to $31 and a "$9" kid's pasta for $22 after their forced gratuity fees. The cashier didn't tell me the full price until after ringing my card up. Very shady practice! They need to put up a sign stating their policy of including a gratuity and the percentage, so people can decide whether or not they want to take on the added expense. The food definitely isn't $50 worth. Save yourself the time and money and make your own pasta!!! The food also gave me indigestion. This place is not worth it!

Pasta was tasty and completely overpriced. The 22% gratuity was a “Gatcha” that elevated a lunch for two to $63 for pasta with no drinks, apps or desserts. There was no table service and we had to bus our own table. For this price I could have eaten lunch at a full service restaurant with cocktails and more than one course.
The Denver Milk Market is a great food hall, located right in downtown Denver. They have a great mix of restaurants and bars. It is decorated so cute. Unfortunately, I can't give a 5 star rating as we stopped for dinner around 8:00 and even though their hours show they are open until 9, most of the restaurants were closed so we ended up just getting pizza, since it was one of the few that was still open.

Their truffle pasta was phenomenal a few years ago. The whole reason I chose lunch here recently and it was nowhere near the same quality. Staff were friendly. Prices are much higher too.
