Holy salty!!! We received our pizza in a timely manner but it is SO SO SO salty and inedible. Two bites in and I started swelling. I wish I was joking. Idk if this is a real Marcos Pizza establishment but what an unenjoyable experience. It’s almost like they garnished the pizza with salt instead of parm?! Idk I have no answers.

Ice cold pizza delivered 45 minutes late. And there’s no way to request a refund because there’s no way to get in contact with the store. Shame on you, Marco’s staff. If I would’ve known you were using door dash for delivery I wouldn’t have ordered from you in the first place. Worst pizza I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t even swallow one bite.

Ordered a couple pizzas for delivery. It said it was delivered but we never received it. This is not a real Marcos. Wanna know how I know? Because I went up there to get my pizzas and found out its a ghost kitchen called Vallejos Food Pickup. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Ordered food that never came. Claimed to be completed on Marco’s App but via DoorDash (third party service) claimed it was canceled. No support section on app to dispute payment. Never refunded, never contacted, and delivery driver blocked my number. Store Location number was disconnected so I escalated to corporate. No one ever got back to me. Total scam do not trust.

My food was in the Doordash car for 35 minutes and it was cold when it arrived. Pizza and cinnabites were overcooked. No phone number to call from this fly-by-night kitchen operation. Do not order from this Marco's, it's not even a real Marco's. They rent kitchen space in a warehouse.

Pizza arrived w/o correct toppings, tried to call the store, number listed on website is in TX, NOT Denver. Called the other Denver location, they don't have phone numbers for other stores. No phone number via Google maps or on receipt. I'm NOT happy!

I never received my pizza, after paying for it by cc online. On top of it, this store's phone number is disconnected. And when I attempt to reach the driver by text and by phone to tell them that they have NOT delivered my pizza as reported, there is no answer. It seems impossible to get this situation remedied with Marco's deferring to Doordash, and Doordash stating to reach out to the restaurant.
