Was hankering for a breakfast burrito and found this food truck. It was a very happy day! Their handheld burrito is giant and delicious. I wouldn't plan on driving while you're eating their handheld breakfast burritos, but I do highly recommend them. Today's special was chorizo and bacon. Yum! I especially liked that he asked how much potato I wanted. Run, don't walk, to Marcos Mexican Food Truck! May have been the best breakfast burrito I've ever had (don't tell my wife).

Maybe it's just the current economy and egg prices being higher, but I got a breakfast burrito today and it was not great.. someone else said it best with a photo and mine was exactly the same.
96% potatoes, 3% bacon, 1% egg.
I really wanted to like this spot, maybe other items have more meat and fill with more than just potatoes, but I was disappointed for my first time and don't think I'll be back.

One of my co workers recommended this food truck.. I had gotten the 5 street tacos... have to say.... it wasn't worth it.. im sorry.. I ate half a taco and I wasn't impressed. I got the steak tacos.. I can tell it wasnt made on spot. It was just reheated. Dried and had no taste.. I can seriously tell you.. I make better tacos at home.. and how can you not have Al Pastor??
