This is my new favorite restaurant in Denver. The food was an incredible whimsical journey. It was delightful and fun and just plain made me smile with the different flavors and textures. What a delight! Service was also kind and thoughtful. I cannot wait to come back even though I just left.
We went for my birthday yesterday and the food was simply delicious...Everything was incredible, very tasty, unique, great taste combination...The chefs were all very nice and you could see the passion in them. The waiter/sommelier did a fantastic job on the wine pairing, it was perfect. Thank you for having us.
Went for the 12-course tasting menu. Incredible all around. Pacing was great. Service was perfect for a chefs table - quietly replenishing things but otherwise out of the way while you focus on the experience. Brief interactions with Chef Justin provided insight into some of the dishes. Lots of truly beautiful, memorable bites. And, having spent a couple hours behind the scenes watching dishes go out to the main dining area, it's clear the same attention to detail is shown...
