Super disappointed went to get two pizzas for a work meeting since you can never get anyone on the phone, on the website states they are open at noon, after driving 20 minutes they were Indeed closed and had a sign with 1:30 as the time they would be back.. I order here very often so I would like a manager to reach out.

As others have pointed out they are absolutely adding their own tip which is fraudulent. The guy took my card and never handed the machine to me to finalize the transaction. When i saw an amount that didn't add up (notification from my bank) i asked for a receipt, the guy knew he was busted so he rang up another order of what i just got so it would not show a tip had been added. I then questioned why that amount wasn't what i was charged and the little guy got upset. Ask for a receipt when you hand them your card, that will probably fix it.

I’m happy they had vegan options, but the food was just okay. Wasn’t worth the price, there’s other places that have way better vegan pizza.

Great NYC style slice of pizza - giant - crispy chewy crust - excellent sauce and cheese

It took an hour to make the pizza I ordered, meanwhile, people walked up and got immediate slices with no issue. Clearly they can't balance the effort put into serving walk up and online orders. Additionally, they were extremely rude to me when I went to the counter to inquire about my pizza.

The man behind the counter stole money from me multiple times by hiding the screen of the card machine when handing it to me after swiping my card and selecting the highest tip option. It was very shady, and I’m ashamed for letting it happen multiple times before reading other people’s comments and noticing myself. Go to The Pizza Bar just down the block instead. They have much better vegan options and are friendly people who won’t steal your money.
