Coming here regularly over the past couple of years, the cleanliness and understaffed staff coverage/ability to provide good service has gone down in the last 6 months. There aren't enough staff working and thus the dining area, bathroom and condiment area were pretty dirty when we came in during the week around 6-7pm. Food remains good. Clean regularly and higher more staff.

Service was quick, the environment was clean, and the staff was super sweet. I ordered the Connecticut roll it came out fresh and tasted great. I just wish they had fries instead of only tater tots, but overall, it was a really good experience!

I had a couple gift cards from my birthday last year and because owners changed 7 months ago they would not honor them. The gift cards were $50 each and there was NO EXPIRATION DATE! Will never go back!!

So, I thought I was getting a made to order lobster roll. The lobster is pre cooked, and they just heat it in an electric oven. Disappointed with how much I paid for the little roll I got.

I like the lobster roll at Masons it’s really good value if you get the Bar Harbir style. But today (Mother’s Day) it was busy… my mom and I ordered one roll each and it took over a hour to get our food. It literally take less than two minutes to build a roll. This is insane there like 20 ppl waiting over 30 min

I apologize i did not ask the names of the the guy and gals that were working this evening. However they had a great customer service. I am always happy when my parents receive great service when we go on vacation. For some reason it is rare and I was very pleased with their service and the delicious lobster rolls. 5 stars all around thank you so much :) I did also want to point out that one of us went to the bathroom and his lobster roll was brought out once he was seated.. I thought that was very nice as well!!

We got the lobster salad roll, the Bar Harbor and the warm crab roll. They were all amazing and we couldn’t decide which one was better! I would highly recommend going here because it’s excellent! The two young ladies who helped us were very nice as well and the service was quick.
